Qinghai food-Sanzi

Sanzi is made of wheat flour. At first, boiled Chinese prickly ash and flour and some eggs are kneaded into dough. The dough is cut into several pieces and then put into a basin for some time. And then they are made into long-noodle like pieces and put into boiling oil to fry. Sanzi is typical Muslim food. It is presented as gift on important festivals.
