Long'en Temple in Gande county,Guoluo

Long'en Temple, the center of Gesar Mayu culture, belongs to Tibetan Buddhism temple of Ningma school. The legend and study reveals that Gesar, whose hometown is  probably in Guoluo, is an ancient hero in Tibetan people's heart. Besides Buddhist rituals, Long'en Temple pays special attention to the study of Gesar, whose image was put on stage that famous folk artists in the temple chant the epic and Tibetan opera of Gesar.
