Day 01: Arrive in Xining  
Fly to Xining, the tour guide will meet you at the airport when you arrive then to to Visit Dongguan Big Mosque and the North Taoist Temple. transfer to the hotel for overnight.

Day 02: Xining - Kumbum Lamasery-Qinghai Lake
Go to visit the Kumbum Lamasery, the great Gelukpa Monastery of Tibetan Buddhism, built in 1560. In the afternoon  drive to Qinghai Lake, the biggest saltwater lake in China, explore  the blue water by boat. On the way we will have a stop at the Sun and Moon(3520m) mountain where Princess Wencheng broke her mirror on her way to Tibet for the marriage with King Songtzan Gampo in the Tang Dynasty. Stay at the Qinghai lake. 

Day 04: Warming up exercises and preparation for horse riding-Heimahe
Today, our horse riding begins, riding on the horses to Heimahe,the small town on the roadside of Qinghai---Tibet Highway where will have camping.

Day 05: Heimahe Ride to Shinaihai Tibetan village 
Continuing our hose riding from Heimahe to Shinaihai village, then visit the Tibetan nomads family, enjoy their milk tea, yak butter, zanba and Yoghurt etc. Camping at Shinaihai village.

Day 06: Ride to Bird Island
Horse Riding to the Bird Island, where  we will watch ththousands of migrating birds. Visit Shatou Monastery of Nyingma Sect. Enjoy a fish banquet for dinner. camping at the bird island.

Day 07: Bird Island-Gangcha on horseback
Ride the horse from Bird Island to Gancha, we will have a picnic on the way near the lakeside. Camping at Gangcha.

Day 08: Gangcha-Baifo Monastery
Riding on the horse to Baifo monastery. It  was built in 1916 known as one of the leading monasteries in Haibei area. Camping near Baifo monastery.

Day 09: Ride to Western-sea Town
A horse ride from the Baifo monastery to the Western Sea town (Xihai town).Finish the horse riding there and  take a rest, enjoy an evening Tibetan style dinner and campfire party.

Day 10: Visit Western-sea Town
Visit westernThis town is newly opened for visitors. It was once the base of developing nuclear weapon in 1960s and 1970s. The original workshops and equipment can be visited. The big monument is standing here to tell the history of the town.

Day 11: Western sea town-Huzhu county
Drive to Huzhou Tu minority county, visit a Tu minority village, enjoy Tu minority customs, local folk songs, swing dance, their traditional costumes, and embroidery.  The lunch at local peoples home will be arranged for your taste. Overnight at Huzhu.

Day 12: Huzhu-Xining Departure
Drive back to Xining airport where you can catch a flight for your next destination, end tour in Xining.
