Mutton Mushroom Slice

Cut mutton into slices and then mix them with salt, pepper power, ginger power and a little sauce. Steep mushroom with some water, cut it into slices and then put them aside. Pour some oil into the pan, fry mutton slices with quick fire, pour mushroom slices and fry them with mutton. Add moderate water, which has been used to steep mushroom. Stew it with slow fire. Drip some drops of sesame before it's ladled from the pan.
