Day 01: Arrive in Xining.
Take the flight or train to Xining, the tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station when you arrive there, then transfer to the hotel in Xining.

Day 02: Xining-Ta'er monastery-Qinghai Lake
Visit the birthplace of Tibetan Buddhism Master Songkapa - Taer Temple, see the three wonders of this monastery, then go to visit the Sun and Moon mountain where the legend says Princess Wen Cheng falled the mirror on her way to Tibet. Continue driving to the  Chinese biggest interior salt water lake - Qinghai lake(Koko Nor lake), then go to visit a Tibetan family nearby. Overnight at Qinghai lake.

Day 03: Qinghai Lake-Xining-Tongren.
Drive to Tongren via Xining, Tongren is located in Huangnan area which is famous for its Tibetan Repkong art. Overnight at Tongren.

Day 04: Tongren sightseeing
Today we will have a full day sightseeing in Tongren. Visit Longwu Temple, the center of Regong art and the Wutun monastery.The tibetan paintings, the Thangka embroidery are all displayed in these monasteries. After the visit, we will drive to Labrang for overnight.

Day 05: Labrang Monastery-Lanzhou.
Visit Labrang monastery which is one of the six famous Tibetan Buddhism yellow sect. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sangke praries. Drive to Lanzhou after the sightseeing and overnight in Lanzhou city.

Day 06: Lanzhou Departure
After the breakfast, the tour guide will escort you the airport of Lanzhou and you can catch the flight for your next destination, end tour.
