Alien's Travel permit

This permit, also called as 'Bian Jing Tong Xing zheng', is issued by Armed police forces (of Tibet A.R.)

This issued permit enables foreign passport holders to travel to :
(1) Mt. Everest area,
(2) China/Nepal border,
(3) West Tibet A.R.
(4) far east Tibet A.R. (Chamdo area) ,
(5) Samye monastery and Shannan area, which is about 100 kilometers to the east of Lhasa airport,
(6) Lintse area, like Bomi, the grandest curve of Yaluzangbu river

This permit can be applied around 10 to 7 days before the date when the tour starts.
