Your Scanned or Faxed passport copies (only scan or fax the page which has your passport photo and your personal data)
Your Scanned or  Faxed China visa  (if China visa is not issued, you can first send other information)
Confirm your nation
Confirm your gender
Confirm your birthdate
Confirm your profession (work)
Confirm your passport number
** We need your this information to apply your Tibet tour entry permits, Aliens' Travel permits and Military permits  (if needed)
