Day 02 Kunming -- Jianshui [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. In the morning, transfer to Jianshui. On the way, visit the Mongolian village of Xingmeng. This is the only Mongolian village in Yunnan with a history of over 750 years. Later, visit the Han village of Jinshan with its old style houses. Continue to Jianshui and see the Zhu Family Garden - the biggest private garden in south-east Yunnan. Lunch en route and dinner at local Chinese restaurants. Overnight at hotel

Day 03 Jianshui -- Yuanyang [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Tuanshan village and visit Zhang Family Garden. On the way, stop at Double Dragons Bridge, built in the middle period of the Qing Dynasty. In the afternoon, stop at Malipo Miao village near Jijie and visit a Miao family. Arrive in Yuanyang County after passing through Nanshan. Lunch and dinner at local Chinese restaurants. Overnight at local hotel.

Day 04 Yuanyang [B/L/D]
Get up early in the morning to Duoli village to watch the sunrise and the amazing terraced fields. Later, visit a local market in Shengchun village. In the afternoon, drive to Qingkou Village and visit the typical mushroom houses of Hani people. Picnic breakfast, lunch and dinner at local Chinese restaurants. Overnight at local hotel.

Day 05 Yuanyang -- Liuchun [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the local market, then depart to Liuchun (green spring) County. Along the way, stop at Laomeng Township, inhabited by Yao people and see the terraced fields. Arrive in Liuchun, the hometown of a subgroup of Hani people. Lunch en route, dinner at local Chinese restaurant. Overnight at local hotel.

Day 06 Liuchun -- Jiangcheng [B/L/D] 
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the local market, then drive to Jiangchen. Lunch en route, dinner at local Chinese restaurant. Overnight at local hotel. 

Day 07 Jiangcheng -- Wild Elephant Valley [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Leave Jiangchen in the morning, driving past rice fields and sugarcane plantations. Later pass through Cimao City and arrive at Wild Elephant Valley in the afternoon. Lunch en route, dinner at local Chinese restaurant. Overnight in a tree house in Wild Elephant Valley (with some luck, you might be able to spot wild elephants).

Day 08 Wild Elephant Valley -- Jinghong [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Take a cable car and visit the bird and butterfly garden. Visit a small tea factory near Nannuo moutain. Continue  to the Octagonal Pavilion in Jingzhen. Visit a Dai village and their Buddhist temple on the way back to Jinghong. Lunch en route, dinner at local Chinese restaurant. Overnight at local hotel.

Day 09 Jinghong -- Menglun [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Ganlanban, a famous market in Xishuangbannan and the Tropical Botanical Garden, a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Science. There are more than nine-thousand kinds of plants in the garden. Lunch and dinner at local Chinese restaurants. Overnight at local hotel

Day 10 Menglun -- Muohan [B/L/D]
Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Mengla to visit Air Veranda, home to huge trees which are over 300 years old. Arrive at the border town of Muohan in the afternoon. Lunch and dinner at local Chinese restaurants. Overnight at local hotel

Day 11 Muohan Departure [B]
Breakfast at hotel. Then cross through the border into Laos. End of services.
